Senior Client Delivery Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of client-facing delivery plans, milestones, and the quality of services provided to clients engaging with Limetree for ongoing marketing strategy, insights, and services.

• Ensure that materials presented to clients are clear, comprehensive, and in line with the approved scope, strategy, and client expectations.

• Assess client-facing materials for clarity, completeness, and preparedness prior to delivery.

• Monitor risks, dependencies, and unresolved questions that could impact client outcomes, proactively addressing issues whenever possible and escalating with suggested next steps when necessary.

• Facilitate collaboration across strategy, behavioral science, data, media, and creative teams.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding daily communications.

• Lead status updates, delivery check-ins, and discussions during ongoing projects.

• Recognize delivery risks and client needs that extend beyond the initial scope of work sold.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in roles related to client-facing delivery, consulting, account leadership, or project leadership.

• Proven experience managing intricate client-facing projects in healthcare or similarly regulated sectors.

• Strong instincts for delivery with the capability to convert strategy into actionable execution.

• Ability to assertively push back against clients and internal stakeholders when necessary.

• Skill in leading through influence rather than relying solely on formal authority.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that convey clarity and confidence.

• Familiarity with marketing workstreams, including campaign development, messaging, creative, media, digital marketing, insights, or performance reporting is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience utilizing tools such as Asana and Microsoft applications.
