β’ Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving or surpassing individual and team revenue objectives.
β’ Discover and chase new business opportunities through thorough research, networking, and lead generation.

β’ Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations that assist them in achieving their business objectives.
β’ Comprehend each client's unique business model, industry challenges, and goals to offer customized advice.
β’ Offer ongoing education and updates regarding product offerings, new services, and industry developments.
β’ Promote a consultative sales approach by engaging in meaningful conversations that extend beyond transactional sales.
β’ Collaborate closely with internal teams (including customer success, marketing, and delivery) to ensure seamless solution delivery to clients.
β’ Mentor and guide pre-sales and junior account management team members, sharing best practices and fostering their professional growth.
β’ Coordinate with senior leadership to provide regular updates on account progress, sales performance, and client feedback.
β’ Monitor and report on essential sales and account management metrics, including client retention rates, sales pipeline progress, and revenue growth.
β’ Analyze client data and feedback to shape account strategies and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
β’ Utilize CRM tools to manage client interactions, track sales performance, and maintain precise records of client communications.
β’ Over 10 years of relevant experience.
