This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage daily operations of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for all ISC retail brands, which includes campaign creation, ad copy management, bid modifications, keyword list upkeep, negative keyword oversight, and quality score evaluation.
• Assist with affiliate and aggregator channel activities within the ISC portfolio: oversee creative asset management and partner onboarding processes, ensure active placements for partners such as LendingTree, NerdWallet, Red Ventures, Forbes, Money Group, The Knot, Cvent, among others, and implement performance-based enhancements.
• Daily monitoring of paid search and affiliate campaign performance; report any anomalies in conversion rates, impression share, cost-per-lead (CPL), and partner attribution to the Channel Manager, and escalate data integrity concerns to the Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics/Operations.
• Coordinate the production of creative materials and asset management for both channels: brief and manage updates to paid search ad copy, maintain the affiliate creative asset library (IAB banner sets, co-branded landing pages, text links, partner email templates), and oversee seasonal or campaign-based refresh cycles.
• Manage monthly billing reconciliation for affiliate vendors across all active partners; keep precise budget tracking records and highlight significant pacing variances to the Channel Manager and Finance.
• Ensure proper governance of UTM parameters, pixel tagging accuracy, and affiliate tracking integrity for all active placements in collaboration with the Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics/Operations; proactively identify and assist in resolving attribution discrepancies.
• Aid the Channel Manager in the preparation of weekly performance summaries, monthly channel reports, and competitive intelligence analysis for paid search and affiliate activities related to the ISC retail brand portfolio.
• 2–4 years of direct performance marketing experience, specifically with hands-on execution in both paid search (Google Ads experience mandatory) and management of affiliate or aggregator channels.
• Practical knowledge in managing paid search campaigns, including keyword development, ad copy management, match type handling, and bid adjustments; familiarity with value-based bidding strategies (target ROAS, target CPA) is preferred.
• Experience in supporting or managing relationships with affiliate partners, including the trafficking of creative assets, partner reporting, and billing reconciliation; knowledge of affiliate platforms (Impact, Commission Junction) is valuable.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities; ability to handle a high volume of tasks across multiple brands without compromising execution accuracy or adherence to service level agreements.
• Proficient in Google Ads UI, Microsoft Ads UI, and Google Analytics 4 or similar analytics tools; experience with Looker or comparable BI dashboards is a plus.
• Solid grasp of UTM parameters, conversion tracking principles, and pixel-based attribution; comfortable in identifying and raising tracking discrepancies.
