Paid Social Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of client accounts and act as the main point of contact.

• Conduct bi-weekly client calls to assess performance, discuss strategies, and agree on subsequent steps.

• Provide bi-weekly performance reports 24 hours prior to the scheduled calls.

• Establish trust and relationships that facilitate renewals and referrals.

• Create, launch, and enhance Meta advertising campaigns aimed at lead generation and appointment scheduling.

• Oversee campaign budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, and creative testing.

• Track daily performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve cost per appointment objectives.

• Identify issues with underperforming campaigns and devise intervention strategies.

• Craft ad copy and video sales letter scripts tailored for financial services audiences.

• Generate hooks, angles, and variations in messaging for testing purposes.

• Collaborate with video editors on creative production efforts.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance copywriting efficiency while ensuring quality.

• Implement tracking, pixels, and conversion events.

• Set up Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead routing processes.

• Resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in paid media, particularly with Meta advertising.

• Experience in managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

• Demonstrated success in meeting performance targets and maintaining client relationships.

• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging ad copy and scripts.

• Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and fundamental marketing automation techniques.

• *Preferred Experience*

• Experience in the financial services sector, with a grasp of lead generation and appointment-setting campaigns. Understanding of video sales letter marketing methodologies. Familiarity with high-ticket, considered purchase funnels.
