This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of our demand engine execution – encompassing campaigns, paid media, BDR alignment, and nurture – while managing the HubSpot stack, attribution model, and essential reporting for all functions.
• Implement integrated campaign initiatives for both new business and expansion – transforming strategy into programs that generate measurable pipeline.
• Oversee paid media performance across search, paid social, and retargeting, including managing agency relations, channel mix, and efficiency.
• Develop and sustain segmented nurture tracks that engage leads over time, rather than just at the top of the funnel.
• Supervise BDR alignment: lead quality standards, handoff workflows, and outbound enablement.
• Direct events strategy as a demand channel, with pipeline tracking before and after each event.
• Manage third-party publication placements aimed at lead generation outcomes.
• Oversee HubSpot comprehensively: attribution, data hygiene, dashboard creation, and continuous optimization.
• Design and adjust the lead scoring model to reflect actual pipeline quality rather than just activity.
• Act as the team's centralized reporting hub, ensuring every function receives accurate and timely performance data.
• Establish and uphold unified marketing processes and Asana infrastructure.
• Manage closed-loop attribution reporting that links marketing activities to pipeline and revenue across all channels.
• Oversee intent lead routing and workflow management; collaborate with RevOps on managing Chili Piper.
• Partner with RevOps to ensure system alignment and shared reporting.
• Assess and manage the marketing tech stack, including vendor relationships, renewals, and recommendations for new tools.
• 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with substantial expertise in demand generation and marketing operations, including prior leadership of a marketing ops function at scale.
• Proven history of operating at or near the Director/VP level, with genuine accountability for pipeline – not merely reporting on it.
• Demonstrated capability to construct and optimize a demand engine from strategy to measurement in a high-growth setting.
• Extensive HubSpot knowledge; familiarity with Chili Piper, intent tools, and attribution modeling is a significant advantage.
• Experience in managing paid media programs – whether agency or in-house – with a focus on efficiency rather than just volume.
• Comfortable in a player-coach role: able to supervise direct reports while still engaging in hands-on execution.
• Strong collaborator who excels when creative direction is provided from above and execution ownership is yours.
