This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take charge of optimizing Google Ads campaigns across various platforms including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display.
• Oversee the performance of designated client accounts, ensuring that campaigns drive revenue growth and enhance profitability.
• Create testing frameworks for campaign structures, bidding strategies, target audiences, creative assets, and ad copy.
• Evaluate account performance and convert data insights into actionable optimization strategies.
• Track essential business metrics such as ROAS, MER, CAC, revenue contribution, and overall spending efficiency.
• Work alongside internal media buying specialists to share insights and address performance challenges.
• Assist in creative development by providing feedback, crafting creative briefs, and suggesting ad copy.
• Ensure precise tracking and attribution through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Maintain effective communication with clients via Slack, reporting, and regular performance meetings.
• Keep abreast of the latest Google Ads best practices, platform updates, and trends in e-commerce.
• Demonstrable experience in managing Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce brands.
• Solid understanding of Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display advertising campaigns.
• Experience with performance-driven KPIs, including ROAS, CAC, MER, and revenue growth.
• Capability to independently handle multiple client accounts at once.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot trends and optimization opportunities.
• Practical experience with Google Analytics 4 and a working knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
• Excellent communication abilities and confidence in client-facing situations.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
