This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Design, oversee, and expand user acquisition campaigns across various paid media channels, including Meta, TikTok, Applovin, CTV, and programmatic platforms.
• Take ownership of KOHO's mid-funnel strategy, enhancing CTV and programmatic as quantifiable growth drivers with well-defined measurement frameworks.
• Develop and test AI-driven workflows to optimize bidding, creative iterations, and campaign performance.
• Create and implement acquisition strategies aimed at optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and maximizing Lifetime Value (LTV), with a focus on subscription conversion and growth driven by retention.
• Consistently test creative elements (both copy and visuals) through organized experiments.
• Manage performance reporting dashboards, delivering insights across key performance indicators (KPIs) including CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, retention, and LTV.
• Collaborate closely with product and data teams to ensure alignment of acquisition efforts with downstream conversion funnels and predictive LTV modeling.
• Discover and experiment with emerging platforms and inventory sources.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within rapidly growing startups.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
• Practical experience with CTV and/or programmatic buying, including collaboration with DSPs, managing inventory strategies, and developing measurement methodologies for challenging attribution channels.
• In-depth knowledge of adtech infrastructure, marketing analytics, attribution models, and customer lifecycle optimization.
• Proven experience in creating campaigns that extend beyond installations, focusing on subscription sign-ups, upgrades, and reducing churn.
• A proactive approach towards AI tools, utilizing them to enhance efficiency and actively exploring their potential.
• Comfortable collaborating directly with creative and design teams to brief, test, and refine advertising concepts.
• Experience in mobile app growth is highly valued; proficiency in French is a significant advantage.
