This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership and continuously develop the channel marketing strategy for EMEA Central.
• Convert commercial goals into cohesive marketing initiatives.
• Support go-to-market (GTM) strategies and achieve revenue objectives.
• Propel business results through data-informed marketing initiatives and partner programs.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-achieving channel marketing team.
• Plan, implement, and enhance multi-channel partner marketing campaigns.
• Guide partners in defining and refining their marketing strategies.
• Oversee regional marketing budgets with an emphasis on return on investment (ROI).
• Organize, manage, and represent Sophos at regional events.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in channel marketing.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing channel marketing strategies within complex, international partner ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of channel structures, go-to-market models, and indirect sales channels.
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams within an international context.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities across sales, marketing, and external partners.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous.
