Senior Channel & Field Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for designing and organizing events that enhance Eye Security’s visibility throughout the DACH region, including roadshows, partner formats, trade fairs, and webinars.

• You will collaborate with our MSPs, resellers, and broker partners to develop channel marketing initiatives aimed at generating demand collectively.

• You will elevate our brand presence in significant venues, both live and digital, through events, media engagement, and thought leadership.

• You will execute regional campaigns and adapt central content into relevant marketing actions, including email campaigns and content placements.

• You will monitor effectiveness: leads, reach, conversion, and optimize strategies that do not yield results.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• At least 8 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably with an emphasis on channel marketing (agency experience is advantageous).

• A proven history of executing impactful campaigns and events with measurable results, ideally within a scale-up environment.

• Strong understanding of PR and communications within the German-speaking market.

• Hands-on expertise with HubSpot (landing pages, email workflows, lead nurturing, etc.) is essential.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and a data-driven mindset with a clear comprehension of KPIs.

• Proficiency in both German and English, in written and spoken forms.

• Willingness to travel (up to 30%) for events and partner meetings.
