This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Cultivate awareness and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Samsung’s B2B product offerings (Smart Signage, Indoor LED, Outdoor Displays, Video Walls, interactive displays, and Solutions and Services), vertical solutions, and industry market trends.
• Manage customer accounts with a primary focus on increasing sales to meet or surpass quotas.
• Actively identify opportunities within both existing and new accounts to consistently drive incremental net new sales revenue.
• Develop account plans using visual tools (such as PowerPoint) and present them to leadership.
• Conduct long-term planning (1 to 3 years) aimed at enhancing revenue growth by increasing product placement, improving customer satisfaction, and expanding overall market share in relation to assigned revenue/market share targets.
• Discover and cultivate new business opportunities and relationships with enterprise companies to achieve greater revenue and profitability.
• Maintain ongoing communications and negotiations with current customers to ensure satisfactory performance while addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Oversee the creation of reports and management analyses, deliver presentations to the market, establish business plans, and report on the performance of the assigned business division against set plans.
• Coordinate the engagement of company personnel, including support, marketing, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
• Assess and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement investments.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 8-9 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in ProAV channel sales.
• Capacity to work independently and travel within the designated geographic area (up to 50% of the time).
• Channel experience focusing on Display Products (Professional Display & LED) and Display Software Solutions (Display Content Management, Remote Management Solutions).
• Proficient in sales operations, sell-through analytics, and engaging with partners at the executive level.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.com.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with extensive experience in creating and delivering presentation materials.
• Ability to interact across all levels within Samsung and the customer's organization.
• Demonstrated success in closing sales through both written and in-person presentations/communications.
• Experience in Pipeline Management and Project Management is advantageous.
