
Senior Change Manager – Gemini, Google Workspace

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for addressing intricate challenges and implementing change management strategies for Google Workspace, Google Gemini, and various internal tools; overseeing smaller projects, and offering informal guidance to peers.
• Spearhead change management and enablement efforts across Google Gemini, Gemini Notebook, and fundamental Google Workspace tools, which include Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail, and Meet.
• Create and implement adoption strategies that facilitate enterprise-wide deployment, reinforcement, and ongoing usage throughout the global organization.
• Design and scale training initiatives for end-users focusing on both Gemini and Google Workspace features, incorporating live sessions, self-service materials, job aids, FAQs, and office hours.
• Conduct proofs of concept, pilot programs, and hackathon-style events to uncover high-value use cases, assess workflows, and speed up adoption.
• Act as a vital support and enablement partner to Google technical administrators by converting Google AI and productivity features into practical, user-friendly guidance for everyday tasks of end users.
• Collaborate across departments to develop communications, collect feedback, eliminate adoption obstacles, and continually enhance the employee experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in change management, digital enablement, learning and development, technology adoption, internal communications, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in supporting enterprise technology adoption projects from inception through implementation and reinforcement.
• Must have professional experience with Google Workspace.
• Comfortable conducting training for individuals transitioning from Microsoft tools to core Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Drive, Meet, etc.).
• Experience assisting end users at all levels in adopting new tools or processes through training, support content, communications, or structured change initiatives.
• Strong capability to translate technical or emerging AI functionalities into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
