Senior Change Management Consultant – SA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement change management initiatives throughout HubSpot implementation projects, which includes:

• - Leading the change strategy from initial discovery through to post-launch adoption.

• - Performing stakeholder mapping and conducting impact assessments.

• - Identifying areas of resistance, gaps in readiness, and potential adoption risks.

• - Crafting change roadmaps that align with program milestones.

• - Developing communication strategies and training plans.

• - Defining and monitoring adoption metrics and success indicators.

• - Providing executive-level updates regarding change readiness and associated risks.

• Design and lead workshops with senior sponsors, program teams, and end-users.

• Establish and formalize Huble's change management services.

• Communicate the significance of structured change to prospective clients.

• Conduct internal training to enhance change awareness among delivery teams.

• Assist with future recruitment and onboarding as the practice expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of change management experience, preferably in consultancy or agency settings.

• Proven experience in leading change initiatives related to CRM, MarTech, SaaS, or digital transformation projects.

• Extensive knowledge of at least one recognized change management framework (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, McKinsey 7-S, ITIL, or similar).

• Strong ability in stakeholder management, including engagement with C-suite executives.

• Experience in designing and facilitating workshops, training sessions, and executive briefings.

• Capability to produce high-quality written documents independently.

• Commercial awareness and a consulting-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to travel across the EMEA region for client engagements.
