Senior Change Management Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Takes full responsibility for managing the change management project portfolio from its initial development through to execution.

• Guides the agile change management team and supervises the creation and implementation of deliverables.

• Utilizes change management processes and tools to formulate strategies that ensure project success.

• Fosters trusted relationships and serves as a mentor for senior leaders.

• Prepares for change by performing impact assessments and stakeholder analyses.

• Manages the design and execution of effective change communication strategies.

• Recognizes evolving project deliverables and executes plans to address any issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business, healthcare administration, or a related field.

• At least five years of experience in change management or a similar area.

• Proven experience in managing high-risk, high-budget full lifecycle projects.

• Skilled in using business productivity tools (e.g., MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint).

• Prosci Change Management certification or an equivalent certification required within one year of employment.
