📋 Description

• Design, optimize, and maintain the cloud-based communication ecosystem.

• Act as the primary subject matter expert for NICE CXone.

• Improve the performance of intricate, existing architectures.

• Facilitate seamless integrations across enterprise platforms.

• Lead the adoption of advanced AI and voice technologies.

• Provide mentorship to engineering teams.

• Oversee root-cause analysis for significant events within the contact center environment.

• Proven experience in architecting, optimizing, and supporting cloud-based communication systems.

• Expertise in NICE CXone.

• Background in enhancing complex, existing architectures.

• Experience in facilitating integrations across enterprise platforms.

• Knowledge of AI and voice technologies.

• Capability to offer high-level mentorship to engineering teams.

• Ability to lead root-cause analysis for significant events.

• Must comply with applicable geographical minimum-wage and exemption criteria.
