This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +3 more states.
• Take ownership of a designated customer account, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while serving as a trusted advisor for CAO Elite customer internal teams.
• Conduct threat hunting, investigate dark web data, and research customized threat intelligence tailored to the specific requirements and environment of CAO Elite customers.
• Create and present customer briefings related to intelligence reports, dark web alerts, and findings from threat hunting activities on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with various CrowdStrike teams to devise and implement innovative solutions that surpass customer expectations, focusing on delivering outstanding results even when faced with complex challenges.
• Address customer inquiries regarding threat intelligence, threat hunting, and dark web monitoring.
• This role necessitates working during business hours aligned with the EST timezone.
• Over 5 years of experience in two or more of the following fields: Incident response or security operations, Threat hunting, Cyber Threat intelligence, Dark web monitoring.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to communicate both high-level and detailed findings to clients; skilled in conveying tasks, guidance, and methodologies to internal teams effectively.

• Incident Handling: Background in conducting threat hunting or managing incident response for organizations, focusing on investigating targeted threats like Advanced Persistent Threats, Organized Crime, and Hacktivists.
• Intelligence Tradecraft: Familiarity with cyber threat intelligence terminology and data communication concepts and technologies.
• Interest in how AI, machine learning, and autonomous agents can improve threat hunting, intelligence analysis, and customer outcomes.
• Enterprise SaaS & Cloud Security: Technical knowledge of security in various cloud environments (production, development, isolated workspaces), with specific expertise in enterprise SaaS platforms, their interconnected ecosystems, and unique security vulnerabilities.
• Security Control Validation: Experience in validating prevention and detection capabilities against complex attacks utilizing the MITRE ATT&CK framework, security validation methodologies, and automated testing techniques.
• Willingness to travel on short notice, up to 5% of the time.
