Senior Campaign Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for overseeing Acxiom’s campaign execution, managing the entire process from start to finish.

• Develop campaign strategies that include timelines, deliverables, and assigned responsibilities.

• Liaise with all stakeholders to coordinate their roles and tasks.

• Ensure task completion and smooth transitions among both internal and external participants.

• Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm that inputs, creative materials, and response data align with campaign specifications.

• Address issues related to timing, quality, performance, etc., and escalate them as needed.

• Email campaigns require managing files, creative assets, HTML coding, and testing with partners and clients for marketing and analytics purposes.

• Digital campaigns involve the use of various onboarders, data transformation, and the distribution of data files to partners for client marketing and analytics engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree and/or professional certification along with a minimum of 2 years of applicable experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation abilities, when interacting with both internal teams and external clients.

• Proficient in Acxiom platforms and internet technologies, with a strong interest in improving technical expertise.

• Highly proactive and organized, with a demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain focus, with a keen eye for detail.

• A solid understanding of and enthusiasm for the practical aspects of email and digital marketing.

• Experience with HTML and basic coding competencies.

• Good understanding of productivity software like MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with collaboration and project management tools.

• Strong knowledge of database structures and management practices.

• A great team player who knows when to take the lead and when to support others.
