Senior C# Web Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will design and manage backend applications utilizing C# and .NET within a mainly Microsoft-based technology environment (including Windows Server and MS SQL).

• You will implement new functionalities and enhance existing applications — overseeing the process from requirements analysis to implementation and operation.

• You will collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders, scrutinizing requirements and providing your own technical solution suggestions.

• As part of an agile team (operating with Scrum and a preference for Kanban), you will actively influence the development process.

• You will guarantee software quality through testing, code reviews, and the establishment of clean architectures.

• You will aid in the growth and further development of the development team, acting as a sparring partner or technical catalyst.

• Strong expertise in C# / .NET.

• Experience with relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server) and API interfaces.

• A thorough understanding of software architecture, clean code principles, maintainability, performance, and security.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and a passion for cross-team collaboration.

• A commitment to treating testing as a fundamental aspect of your development work (including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests).

• Proficient in English (at least C1) and good command of German (at least B2).
