Senior C# / .NET Fullstack Engineer – Backend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop backend applications in a cloud-based environment utilizing .NET.

• Design and create robust software architectures.

• Contribute expertise in either frontend development or Infrastructure/CloudOps.

• Employ Agentic Coding deliberately and systematically to enhance software quality.

• Ensure application excellence through unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing.

• Recognize opportunities for improvement and thoughtfully challenge existing solutions.

• Assume technical ownership and transparently document technical decisions.

• Collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

• Create tailored software solutions and optimize business processes for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in C#.

• Capable of independently developing backend applications in a cloud environment with .NET.

• Strong emphasis on sustainable software architecture.

• Additional expertise in either frontend technologies (e.g., Vue.js, React, or Angular) or Infrastructure/CloudOps (e.g., Terraform, Kubernetes, or CI/CD).

• Familiarity with Agentic Coding and tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.

• Methodical application of context and rules files, as well as plan- or spec-driven workflows.

• Critical assessment of AI-generated code modifications.

• Experience with unit, integration, and E2E testing.

• Willingness to seek improvements and both provide and receive feedback.

• Openness to taking responsibility and documenting technical decisions transparently.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a passion for collaborating with clients.

• Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level).

• Proficient in English.

• Willingness to embrace new technologies.
