Senior C++ Developer, Qt/QML, IoT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and develop software components, modules, classes, and user interface functionalities.

• Create and maintain user interfaces for intelligent climate control devices utilizing Qt and QML.

• Write, debug, document, and oversee segments of software.

• Conduct various types of testing.

• Engage in estimation and planning meetings.

• Work in collaboration with UI/UX designers to implement and enhance user interface solutions.

• Contribute to the creation of both technical project documentation and user manuals.

• Assist test engineers and support staff in resolving technical issues related to software installation and operation.

• Participate in conference calls and in-person meetings with customers and their partners.

• Adhere to best engineering practices, technical standards, and quality criteria established for the project.

• Communicate status and progress in accordance with project and company requirements.

• Identify current deficiencies in the development process, established procedures, engineering practices, environment configurations, etc., and propose enhancements.

• Elevate technical issues to the Team Lead and Project Manager when necessary.

• Enhance your qualifications in your areas of expertise through various training courses, seminars, and other educational opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with C/C++.

• Strong proficiency in Qt.

• Experience with QML.

• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.

• WOULD BE A PLUS: Experience with Figma.

• Knowledge of Linux.

• Experience in developing UI applications for embedded devices.

• Understanding of UI/UX principles.
