Senior Buyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive purchasing activities from start to finish, including the preparation of solicitation packages for vendors related to Prime Proposals and ongoing Program activities.

• Assess vendor proposals thoroughly.

• Conduct price analysis effectively.

• Resolve any issues that arise.

• Negotiate and finalize purchase order documents and modifications.

• Ensure adherence to contract specifications and deliverables throughout the contract duration and comply with CPSR Requirements.

• Ability to work autonomously.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Capability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with various subcontract types, including FFP, T&M, Cost Plus, and hybrid models, is highly preferred.

• Experience in a CPSR environment is mandatory.

• Proficiency with CostPoint is essential.
