This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Deliver production support and triage for issues affecting systems, call centers, and customer-facing platforms.
• Investigate, replicate, and document system defects while closely collaborating with IT to facilitate resolution.
• Evaluate system behavior using SQL and data-driven insights to aid in troubleshooting and decision-making.
• Assist in executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions fulfill business requirements.
• Collaborate with IT teams to monitor, prioritize, and address defects and enhancements.
• Work across teams to guarantee systems are synchronized across various entry points (IVR, web, apps, call center tools).
• Support the implementation of new products, enhancements, and integrations for mobile and insurance-related solutions.
• Identify not just immediate fixes but also sustainable, long-term solutions to recurring problems.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including IT, Operations, Product, Compliance, and Marketing.
• Contribute to initiatives focused on enhancing customer experience, efficiency, and system performance.
• Over 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Extensive experience in supporting complex systems and integrations within production environments.
• Practical experience with SQL and data analysis (capable of independently querying and interpreting data).
• Background in production support, issue triage, and defect management.
• Strong grasp of testing methodologies and UAT procedures.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with the capacity to analyze and resolve intricate issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (able to bridge technical and business needs).
• High level of attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient English communication skills (both written and verbal).
