Senior Business Transformation Analyst – Finance

📋 Description

• Facilitate organization-wide transformation initiatives that are in line with growth goals and measurable outcomes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to comprehend business requirements and align transformation activities with organizational objectives.

• Support the design and execution of transformation programs in conjunction with cross-functional teams.

• Leverage AI tools and technologies to streamline workflows, improve decision-making, and foster innovation.

• Identify, prioritize, and implement impactful AI use cases in collaboration with technology and business leaders.

• Utilize analytical rigor to identify challenges, resolve issues, and guide decision-making processes.

• Promote adoption and cultural alignment through effective change management and stakeholder engagement strategies.

• Collaborate with leadership to establish success metrics and track progress towards transformation goals.

• Monitor outcomes, manage risks, and integrate continuous improvement into transformation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in business analysis and data analysis, or a combination of education and experience that is equivalent is required.

• Experience in applying AI and analytics to enhance business processes is highly desirable.

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/Computer Science, Finance/Economics, Data Science/Analytics, or a related field from an accredited institution is preferred.

• Professional certifications such as Certified Business Transformation Professional (CBTP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), or Management Professional (PMP) are preferred.

• Strong skills in collaboration, influence, and communication are essential.

• Must be analytical, innovative, and adept at navigating ambiguity within complex organizations.

• Familiarity with large language models and AI applications is important.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities, including presentation skills, are required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary.

• Strong analytical and interpretive abilities are a must.

• Effective time management and organizational skills are essential.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills are required.
