Senior Business Technical Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Delivers comprehensive business insights and advanced technical assistance to one or multiple business sectors through analysis/reporting and the design/programming of intricate processes and reports.

• Serves as the subject matter expert for business systems/applications.

• Evaluates company functions, processes, and activities to enhance computer-based business applications.

• Executes application/system design and implementation.

• Records development requirements and collaborates with end users to test and troubleshoot applications.

• Manages comprehensive data exchange with internal partners and external vendors.

• Supervises member sequencing logic utilizing vendor outreach responses.

• Develops, validates, and sustains data processes and pipelines in Snowflake, SQL, Python, and/or Databricks.

• Facilitates the transition of legacy processes to modern platforms.

• Creates ad-hoc reports for data analysis and verification.

• Assesses operational procedures and trends to identify issues.

• Conducts business analysis and proposes technical solutions to management.

• Investigates, evaluates, and determines the financial impact of data/process challenges.

• Automates processing and enhances existing business systems.

• Designs multiuser, real-time database solutions.

• Monitors and reports on departmental project status; identifies challenges and implements corrective actions and mitigation strategies.

• Provides oversight, resolves complex issues, optimizes performance, and ensures timely follow-up.

• Offers guidance and training to staff.

• Carries out other duties as assigned.

• Adheres to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience in technical data analysis, conducting system analysis meetings, developing system design documents, creating project plans with achievable milestones and deadlines, and mediating demands from different departments to secure approvals on system scope and design.

• 4+ years of experience in relevant programming, including Snowflake, SQL, Python, or Adobe (or similar based on departmental needs).

• 3+ years of experience in related business analysis.

• Preferred 1+ year of experience in Healthcare.

• A Master's degree in a related field may be considered as a substitute for some required experience, not exceeding 2 years.

• Preferred SAS Certification.
