Senior Business Systems Engineer, Agentic Search

📋 Description

• Take charge of the comprehensive technical architecture for the GTM tech stack, guaranteeing smooth data transitions throughout the entire customer journey—from initial marketing lead to sales conversion and customer success renewal.

• Act as the main technical point of contact for Sales, Finance, and Marketing leadership, converting intricate departmental needs into a multi-quarter technical strategy for the Force.com platform and its interconnected ecosystem.

• Develop and uphold strict engineering standards, including automated testing and security measures to maintain the reliability and integrity of internal GTM applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in Force.com development with a thorough comprehension of Apex, LWC, and platform limitations.

• Demonstrated experience in designing sophisticated enterprise integrations and handling high-volume data flows.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Proficient in navigating complex relational databases and utilizing data for strategic decision-making.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in managing a prioritized backlog using Jira or comparable tools.
