📋 Description

• Oversees the design and implementation on the NetSuite side for the onboarding of new 3PL and carrier partners, ensuring go-live objectives are met without affecting fulfillment service level agreements (SLAs).

• Leads the initiative to enhance Supply Chain data maturity, improving the quality of master data in NetSuite and Supply Chain systems for reliable, single-source reporting.

• Manages the integration of a new supply chain visibility platform, providing stakeholders with real-time insights into shipments and inventory.

• Develops and executes the integration for a global reverse logistics partner, facilitating scalable international returns processing.

• Acts as the main contact and NetSuite expert for Supply Chain and Logistics stakeholders, converting business needs into scalable system designs.

• Collaborates with the Integration & Automation Engineering team to minimize point-to-point integration complications by promoting reusable, API-based services across the supply chain systems landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations, including over 3 years of direct experience in designing and configuring NetSuite ERP (either in consulting or in-house roles).

• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining EDI integrations between NetSuite and external logistics, 3PL, or carrier partners.

• Proven ability to design custom NetSuite solutions — including OneWorld/multi-subsidiary setups — that grow with the business rather than merely providing temporary fixes.

• Familiarity with TMS systems and demand/supply planning technologies as they relate to NetSuite workflows.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical designs into actionable terms for non-technical stakeholders.

• Engages with LLM assistants (e.g., Claude) on a daily basis as a collaborative thought partner for requirements analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication, exercising sound judgment about when AI is appropriate to use.

🏝️ Benefits

• Competitive salary and equity options

• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, along with mental health resources

• An ŌURA Ring for personal use plus employee discounts for friends and family

• 20 days of paid time off, 13 paid holidays, and 8 days of flexible wellness leave
