This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Enhance and support our enterprise ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, platform teams, and technical resources.
• Design, configure, and optimize scalable solutions within ServiceNow.
• Improve service delivery, governance, and user experience.
• Convert business requirements into effective configurations on the platform.
• Encourage standardization, automation, data integrity, and ongoing improvement.
• Promote adoption and continuous enhancement through KPI definition and dashboard creation.
• Provide insights into ITSM maturity, service performance, and process compliance.
• Ensure CMDB data integrity and alignment with CSDM.
• Oversee and optimize the knowledge management ecosystem.
• Conduct training and enablement to boost platform adoption and process consistency.
• 3–6+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience in supporting multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise service management processes.
• Experience in gathering requirements and translating them into platform solutions.
• Proficient in creating reports and dashboards within ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Possession of ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
• Familiarity with CSDM/CMDB and governance practices for the platform.
• Experience in supporting integrations or automation initiatives.
