Senior Business Systems Analyst – Oracle Billing, Accounts Receivable

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Engaging with stakeholders to gain insights into business processes, requirements, and objectives related to billing management systems.

• Evaluating current systems to pinpoint areas for optimization and improvement.

• Developing comprehensive requirements documentation to facilitate successful delivery throughout the SDLC.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, UX, Operations) to guarantee the effective execution and delivery of roadmap initiatives.

• Assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT) by formulating test cases and coordinating testing activities.

• Ensuring high-quality delivery and customer support during production through a hypercare phase.

• Conducting project reviews and documentation to capture lessons learned for future enhancements.

• Adapting to new environments swiftly and maintaining productivity in a fast-paced setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Have over 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst or in a comparable role, preferably within IT.

• Demonstrated experience with Oracle Accounts Receivable platforms (R12 / Fusion Cloud).

• Extensive understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Proven track record of managing multiple projects or workstreams concurrently, showcasing strong prioritization abilities.

• Exhibit proficient use of toolsets, effectively presenting and articulating the value of programs.
