Senior Business Systems Analyst, Enterprise AI Operations

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily administration, governance, and user support for Webflow's enterprise AI tool suite.

• Collaborate with the Senior AI Product Owner and various stakeholders within the organization to collect workflow requirements.

• Develop and sustain frameworks, skills, and reusable patterns that facilitate the widespread adoption of AI.

• Assist the Enterprise AI Ops team in the agent development lifecycle by conducting intake reviews.

• Spearhead enablement initiatives throughout the company.

• Serve as a liaison between IT, Security, Finance, and the business for decisions regarding AI tools.

• Identify trends across incoming requests to aid the team in prioritizing future developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Operations Analyst, or in a related role within a SaaS or technology setting.

• Practical experience in managing enterprise generative AI tools (such as Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, or similar).

• Proven track record of gathering requirements from both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating them into actionable specifications for engineering or operations teams.

• Experience in designing and executing enablement programs, documentation, or training that led to measurable adoption of new tools or workflows.
