This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Comprehends business challenges and delineates the scope of demand (technical, functional, and business), confirmed by the PO/PM;
• Assesses and measures the influence of new features on current functionality;
• Conducts technical evaluations and discussions regarding integrations with analysts and software engineers from different teams (cross-team dependencies);
• Aids in organizing the technical backlog by establishing dependencies and priorities;
• Executes technical estimations and backlog refinement of demands alongside the development team;
• Grasp business requirements and convert them into user stories that engineering can utilize to develop code components and/or system architecture;
• Recognizes, evaluates, and addresses impacts on business processes and systems connected to other demands and areas;
• Collaborates with software engineers and QAs, comprehends programming logic, and assists in designing engineering solutions where the end customer may be a developer from another team;
• Assists the PM/PO in system acceptance testing (homologation);
• Serves as a liaison between internal systems and external solutions;
• Coordinates with Change Management for Systems (creating RDMs, aligning with processing areas and IT operations, providing support and monitoring the rollout of new solutions and features), through internal team planning;
• Develops manuals on the configuration and parameterization of internal and external systems;
• Engages in incident resolution and oversees system processes;
• Preferred knowledge of relational and non-relational (NoSQL) databases;
• Experience collaborating with teams utilizing Agile development methodologies and theoretical understanding of these methodologies;
• Familiarity with Agile and Software Engineering metrics;
• Knowledge in agility, software architecture, and software engineering;
• Actively seeks self-improvement in technology;
• Collaborative approach to product design;
• Skills in User Story Mapping;
• Familiarity with product management techniques;
• Understanding of business strategy and competitive intelligence;
• Ability to navigate seamlessly between technical and business sectors;
• Capability to summarize and elucidate complex information.
