Senior Business Systems Analyst – Capacity Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Accountable for enhancing performance through technology and achieving Capacity Management objectives.

• Tasked with evaluating trends, volumes, and issues, as well as crafting models, forecasts, and suggestions to predict future demand.

• Works in collaboration with key stakeholders, end users, and project team members to identify and address challenges across all phases of assigned projects, including assessment, design build, testing, training, and implementation.

• Delivers reports, assessments, and insights to Capacity Management Leadership to support the optimal operation of the team.

• As needed, provides leadership on project tasks and mentors other project analysts as appropriate.

• Offers ongoing support for Capacity Management systems as required to uphold production operations and ensure functionality and effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum of five (5) years of total experience in an Information Services or healthcare analysis environment; at least three (3) of the five (5) years must be in a healthcare analysis setting.

• Demonstrated experience in leading committees, projects, and initiatives.

• Proven capability to effectively utilize and apply standard principles, theories, and concepts related to the technical discipline.

• Familiarity with clinical, hospital, and/or financial applications and/or systems.
