Senior Business Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the business and functional requirements related to the standard features and functionalities of Sales/Experience Cloud while defining and prioritizing project scope.

• Gather requirements from business stakeholders regarding the implementation of SFDC Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.

• Collaborate with business leaders, decision-makers, and end users to establish business requirements and systems objectives.

• Facilitate discussions among business stakeholders to comprehend problem statements and collect requirements.

• Convert business requirements into functional and technical designs for the engineering team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies, along with experience in leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to enhance outcomes within your functional area.

• 6–8 years of professional IT experience in software development with an emphasis on system software.

• Over 5 years of experience with Salesforce.com, particularly in Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud platforms.

• Demonstrated experience in driving system implementation, agile project management, and data flow.

• Experience in implementing top-of-the-funnel processes, including lead, account, and partner relationship management.
