Senior Business Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Implement Product Strategy: Partner with Product Manager(s) to define the roadmap for the designated product area.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features and industry regulations.

• Engage in industry thought leadership initiatives.

• Work collaboratively with Sales to uncover documentation and consulting opportunities.

• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) across various teams.

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle—from ideation to execution and subsequent enhancements.

• Actively participate in scrum ceremonies.

• Lead comprehensive analysis, configuration, and execution of complex projects.

• Configure, validate, and deliver all tiers of product documentation.

• Develop, mentor, and guide team members.

• Spearhead continuous quality improvement initiatives.

• Collect, articulate, and prioritize technical and client requirements for new features.

• Directly engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proactively identify and apply solutions for intricate business challenges.

• Create comprehensive project plans with defined timelines and milestones.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Over 10 years of relevant professional experience in business systems analysis, product management, or a closely related field—showcasing the ability to create innovative solutions to complex, non-routine issues.

• Extensive domain knowledge of the assigned product area; experience with EHRs, practice management systems, and healthcare billing systems.

• Product Management certification is preferred.

• Proven experience in managing and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects with minimal supervision.

• Ability to guide and influence the efforts of others without formal authority.

• Outstanding organizational, analytical, and time management skills; capable of managing multiple competing priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders.

• Capacity to quickly learn new product features and technologies and apply them effectively to client and business needs.

• Self-motivated with sound judgment on when to escalate issues; detail-oriented by nature.

• Required Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, NetSuite, EHR/practice management/healthcare billing systems, AI tools (effective prompt usage).
