Senior Business Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Manages all components of the Software Development Lifecycle for organization-wide software solutions.

• Facilitates productive collaboration between business and IT for requirements gathering and solution development.

• Delivers high-quality analytical system solutions for primary stakeholders.

• Works closely with product owners to develop the product backlog utilizing Agile methodologies.

• Guides or engages in the execution of intricate projects as a technical subject matter expert.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or Business Administration is mandatory.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial or health services, encompassing technical business analysis, product development, and process enhancement is essential.

• Experience in an Agile environment or Azure ecosystem (DevOps) is highly preferred.
