Senior Business Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in discovery sessions with internal business partners to collect requirements and comprehend current workflows.

• Analyze business processes, record findings, and present insights and recommendations to the engagement lead.

• Create proof-of-concept solutions that verify technical methods prior to the CRAFT team's full-scale implementation.

• Actively utilize AI tools in daily operations.

• Draft and maintain documentation, including process maps, requirements, and summaries of proof-of-concept projects.

• Recognize inefficiencies and gaps in existing workflows, providing supporting analysis.

• Collaborate across various engagement types as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Generally, 4–7 years of directly relevant experience.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• At ease conducting interviews and working sessions with managers and their teams to gather requirements and map processes.

• Active participant in using AI tools in a professional setting.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Capable of managing personal workload and consistently delivering on multiple concurrent assignments.

• Experience with Cursor or similar AI-powered productivity tools is preferred.

• Familiarity with process mapping, requirements documentation, or business analysis frameworks is advantageous.

• Knowledge of data visualization or business intelligence tools is recommended.

• Background in financial services, title insurance, or other regulated sectors is preferred.
