• Develop systems and successfully deliver them
• Construct forecasting and deal mechanisms
• Formulate territory and quota structures

• Collaborate with Marketing to establish the pipeline
• Over 6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM engineering, or sales strategy within high-growth B2B SaaS/AI environments
• Practical experience in system building
• Profound, hands-on knowledge of Salesforce and Gong
• Strong analytical skills and systems-design capabilities
• A proactive approach to delivering and completing projects
• Familiarity with AI tools
