Senior Business Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Facilitates collaboration between business and IT stakeholders to convert intricate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional technical specifications.

• Collects and verifies both business and technology requirements.

• Evaluates and confirms requirements for their completeness, consistency, clarity, feasibility, and adherence to standards.

• Converts conceptual user needs into functional requirements.

• Develops systems and business process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts.

• Informs stakeholders about changes, enhancements, and adjustments to business requirements.

• Organizes and oversees user acceptance testing (UAT).

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).

• 4 – 6 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in Data Processing.

• Familiarity with health care payer business functions and operations.

• Understanding of Agile Software Development methodologies.

• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
