Senior Business Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements essential for business success.

• Develop clear and comprehensive requirements documents, including BRDs, FRDs, use cases, user stories, process maps, and data flow diagrams.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to support the end-to-end implementation of enterprise applications by managing scope, risks, and dependencies.

• Lead prioritization meetings, sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT planning, execution, and sign-off, ensuring that defects are tracked and resolved before deployment.

• Evaluate business challenges and opportunities to propose technology and process solutions that align with organizational objectives.

• Adapt quickly to changing business needs, technologies, and organizational priorities with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and an agile delivery mindset.

• Exhibit experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks, demonstrating proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of progressive and relevant experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.

• At least 5 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects throughout the full end-to-end implementation lifecycle.

• Practical experience utilizing AI tools for business analysis tasks, including documentation drafting, analysis acceleration, and insight generation.

• Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks with proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.

• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, business process modeling, and data analysis techniques.

• Utilize strategic skills to map future business processes while maintaining a professional business demeanor and awareness.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with business and IT stakeholders.
