Senior Business System Analyst – Clinical Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversees business analysis, design, configuration, coordination, implementation, and support.

• Monitors and resolves issues identified during testing and in production.

• Facilitates various Agile processes, including Iteration/Release Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospective, Sprint Review, and Daily Stand-up.

• Fosters and sustains successful relationships between the Information Technology team and associates from various NAMSA organizations worldwide.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

• 5 to 8 years of experience in computer systems and business analysis within a GxP environment.

• Exceptional customer service and user support skills, with experience collaborating with Clinical Operations departments.

• Demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions.

• Proven experience in configuring Veeva applications.

• Familiarity with both waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
