This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the entire recruiting process for Customer Success and Marketing positions, which includes roles such as Customer Success Managers, Onboarding Specialists, Renewal Managers, Technical Account Managers, Demand Generation Managers, Product Marketers, Content Marketers, and Marketing Operations.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing leadership to establish hiring strategies and define the ideal candidate profiles.
• Create proactive talent pipelines of outstanding Customer Success and Marketing professionals across key markets.
• Lead outbound sourcing initiatives through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and innovative talent engagement techniques.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from the first outreach to the final offer acceptance.
• Provide insights to leadership regarding talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices for hiring in Customer Success and Marketing roles.
• Assist in enhancing recruiting operations, interview processes, and overall hiring efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with People Operations and other recruiting team members to support scaling efforts.
• Participate in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives for CodeRabbit.
• Over 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven emphasis on Customer Success and/or Marketing hiring.
• Demonstrated capability to source and secure passive candidates in competitive market environments.
• Knowledge of what constitutes excellent Customer Success and Marketing talent at various stages of company development.
• Strong skills in partnership and stakeholder management.
• Capacity to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth setting.
• Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
• Prior experience in recruiting for SaaS, developer tools, AI, or high-growth technology firms is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
