This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of product and service offerings, encompassing concept development, specification, launch, adoption, performance assessment, and retirement within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.
• Formulate a strategic vision and create roadmaps for various product offerings that align with industry-specific trends, regulatory frameworks, and client needs.
• Articulate product value propositions and identify target markets, ensuring alignment with pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences clientele.
• Execute market analysis, customer research, and competitive evaluations, focusing on the evolving technologies, data, and compliance requirements within life sciences.
• Collaborate with technology teams to establish technical strategy, architecture, and feasibility of product concepts, including solutions that support clinical, regulatory, or commercial operations.
• Work collaboratively across sales, marketing, and delivery teams to facilitate go-to-market strategies and drive revenue growth within the life sciences sectors.
• Promote continuous enhancement of products, services, and delivery strategies through data-driven insights and market feedback.
• Lead and participate in complex projects, addressing unique challenges with significant business implications.
• Influence and align stakeholders throughout the organization and client environments.
• Anticipate challenges related to industry, market, and regulations, and propose enhancements to products, services, or processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, life sciences, technology, or a related field.
• Extensive expertise in product management, solutions development, or a related technical or commercial area.
• Experience in supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, or broader life sciences clients or solutions (such as clinical operations, patient engagement, data/analytics, or regulatory environments).
• Proven track record in managing product lifecycles and crafting strategic roadmaps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a knack for addressing complex and ambiguous challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams to define product architecture and delivery methods.
• Solid understanding of market dynamics, competitive positioning, and customer requirements within life sciences and healthcare ecosystems.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating product value clearly.
