This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Act as the main resource for product expertise, providing training sessions to sales teams and dealer networks.
• Carry out both in-person and virtual product demonstrations to highlight features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Support technical services and assistance in offering high-quality technical support to dealers.
• Collaborate with dealers to enhance customer engagement and strengthen market presence within the designated territory.
• Aid dealers in formulating strategies to boost market share and enhance customer experiences.
• Work alongside the sales organization to pinpoint opportunities, share technical insights, and facilitate the sales process.
• Serve as a liaison among product development, quality assurance, and sales teams to ensure product capabilities align with customer requirements.
• Engage in field visits, trade shows, and promotional events to represent the brand and support commercial execution.
• Collect market feedback and relay insights to internal teams for ongoing improvements.
• Provide assistance and support to both internal and external customers with technical troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Contribute to YCENA’s go-to-market strategies and promote dealer involvement in all initiatives.
• Maintain consistent communication with the Business Development Director and Business Development Manager regarding territory performance, dealer activities, and customer trends.
• Regularly report insights on training effectiveness, product adoption, and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with all relevant departments concerning current dealer needs.
• Technical or engineering degree in a mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, or motive power field.
• Minimum of five (5+) years of service experience in the construction equipment or off-road equipment industry, with a strong preference for compact construction equipment.
• At least three (3+) years of technical experience supporting dealers, customers, and end users.
• Robust diagnostic background with extensive familiarity in diesel engines, hydraulic and electrical systems, CANbus, and telematics.
• Experience engaging with small, medium, and large dealer networks, supporting dealer service operations and field technicians.
• Proven technical field experience.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
• Presentation skills – capable of creating and delivering territory analysis to management, dealers, and customers.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with e-communication proficiency.
• Strong organizational capabilities.
• Initiative – able to start and manage projects with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with familiarity in CRM usage.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and collaborative skills.
• Capability to apply business concepts and tools to tactical and strategic initiatives while closely working with dealer organizations.
• High proficiency in using service tools, diagnostic software, and technical troubleshooting practices, including root cause analysis.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting technical documents such as service manuals, product improvement letters, schematics, and diagnostic procedures.
