Senior Business Process Quality Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of the strategic quality plan.

• Support factories and regions in meeting product and process regulatory requirements.

• Incorporate the Voice of the Customer into quality planning efforts.

• Ensure that Global Product Group quality standards are incorporated into factory quality management systems.

• Take charge of Quality Inspection Cards (QIC).

• Facilitate Critical Process Reviews (CPRs).

• Propel the implementation of APQP components.

• Aid factories in addressing and resolving quality challenges.

• Participate in Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve quality processes.

• Create training materials and provide education to employees on quality processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in a Quality or Engineering role within a manufacturing setting.

• Familiarity with transformer design and manufacturing methods is a significant plus.

• Strong analytical capabilities with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.

• Proficient communication skills in English along with strong interpersonal abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to lead and facilitate quality enhancement initiatives.

• Understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and compliance standards.

• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
