📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with law firm owners to develop and implement strategies for business growth.

• Enhance operations, systems, and accountability measures.

• Boost cash flow, profitability, and overall financial performance.

• Assist with hiring processes, organizational structure, and leadership development.

• Guide owners through critical business decisions.

• Facilitate the transition of firms from being owner-dependent to having scalable operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing P&Ls with revenue between $500K and $50M.

• Experience in owning or operating a business.

• Held complete P&L responsibility or direct financial oversight.

• Developed teams, systems, and organizational frameworks.

• Increased profitability, cash flow, and operational effectiveness.

• Coached or influenced business owners or senior management.
