Senior Business Process Consultant, ServiceNow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist with project initiation tasks, including pre-work questionnaires and the creation of workshop agendas.

• Aid in discovery and design workshops throughout the project lifecycle.

• Help identify client business processes and the needs for employee service delivery.

• Support the gap analysis of current and future state processes, and assist in identifying solutions from a people, process, and technology viewpoint.

• Contribute to the development of repeatable, high-value processes and employee experiences by leveraging best practices.

• Provide guidance and assist in the implementation of processes in collaboration with project team members.

• Offer consultation on various options, including advantages, disadvantages, and risks, to address business process challenges.

• Write and conduct peer reviews of user stories to aid in technical configuration.

• Assist in assessing risks in proposed configurations and process designs, while anticipating, mitigating, and resolving issues throughout the project lifecycle.

• Guide, design, and/or facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities as outlined in the statement of work.

• Engage in internal projects or initiatives aimed at enhancing tools, processes, and organizational efficiency.

• ServiceNow CSA Certification

• ServiceNow CIS-HR Certification

• ServiceNow HRSD Professional-Plus Suite

• Basic skills in workshop facilitation

• Fundamental understanding and application of process design principles and best practices

• Capability to learn discipline-specific software (Lucid, Visio, or similar solutions)

• Ability to produce high-quality work within a collaborative setting

• Capacity to learn from written materials and demonstrations

• Aptitude for delivering design-related outputs that are complete, high quality, timely, and yield valuable outcomes
