Senior Business Partner, Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business leaders to deliver strategic financial analysis that aids in decision-making and uncovers growth opportunities.

• Assist in the creation of new products, services, and commercial offerings by conducting business case analyses, financial modeling, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.

• Oversee the annual budgeting process, five-year planning, and continuous forecasting efforts.

• Challenge, influence, and assist business leaders in formulating solid financial assumptions.

• Assess business performance in relation to strategic goals and offer recommendations to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

• Gain insights into business operations to pinpoint key performance drivers and provide financial and operational analytics.

• Track and evaluate Revenue, EBITDA, ROCE, Utilization, Sets on Hire, OPEX, and other operational and financial KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of progressive experience in a comparable analytical position.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with non-financial stakeholders throughout the organization.

• Strong proficiency in financial reporting, forecasting, trend analysis, and the development of financial and operational models.

• Proven track record of success in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

• Capability to independently manage priorities and deliver results with minimal oversight.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convert complex financial and technical concepts into actionable business insights.

• Practical experience with Infor ERP, financial consolidation systems, and Power BI.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, including financial analysis, data modeling, and presentations at the executive level.
