This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Salesforce development: Create and implement solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, utilizing Apex, LWC, and Flows based on specific problem requirements.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Partner directly with Sales and Marketing teams to comprehend business challenges, refine requirements, and transform concepts into maintainable, production-ready solutions.
• Integrations: Develop and oversee integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other platforms using Celigo and REST/SOAP APIs, along with Java or SuiteScript for custom logic when necessary.
• AI implementation: Recognize and establish AI-driven automations that minimize manual tasks and enhance data quality throughout the organization.
• NetSuite: Facilitate data flow and business logic between CRM and ERP, providing development support as required.
• Data and analytics: Work alongside our data team on BigQuery and dbt to ensure that business logic is accurately represented in reporting.
• Tech health: Evaluate and mitigate technical debt, converting legacy code to declarative solutions wherever feasible.
• DevOps and documentation: Oversee releases, version control (Git), and maintain the technical documentation for all developments.
• 5+ years of development experience in a Business Operations or Systems Engineering context.
• Proficient Salesforce skills: Apex, Lightning Web Components, and advanced Flows.
• Strong foundation in Java; familiarity with Apex is essential, as both are closely related.
• Experience with middleware and API integrations (REST/SOAP); having Celigo expertise is a plus.
• Proven experience collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams, along with a solid understanding of sales organization dynamics.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Regular interaction with non-technical stakeholders is expected.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification.
