Senior Business Operations Analyst – Customer Eligibility Verification

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide support to delivery and operations teams through the creation of reports, operational analysis, and initiatives aimed at process enhancement.

• Act as a subject matter expert in Medicaid eligibility verification and workflows related to SNAP public assistance.

• Evaluate operational data and performance trends to uncover opportunities for efficiency increases and service improvements.

• Investigate operational challenges, pinpoint root causes, and suggest corrective measures.

• Work together with cross-functional teams to foster workflow enhancements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency.

• Aid in overseeing compliance with Medicaid and SNAP program mandates as well as operational standards.

• Create and sustain reports, dashboards, and business documentation.

• Engage in operational reviews and client meetings as necessary to meet delivery objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, CEV, Medicaid, SNAP, public assistance programs, business operations, or related operational support fields.

• More than 5 years of experience in supporting Medicaid eligibility, verification, enrollment, operations, or similar operational processes.

• Preferred knowledge of SNAP operations, eligibility procedures, or public assistance programs.

• Proven experience in analyzing operational data, generating reports, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

• Experience in cross-functional operational environments is preferred.
