Senior Business Operations Analyst – CEV, Medicaid, SNAP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide support to delivery and operations teams through reporting, operational analysis, and initiatives focused on process improvement.

• Act as a subject matter expert in Medicaid eligibility verification and workflows related to SNAP public assistance.

• Examine operational data and performance trends to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing efficiency and service quality.

• Investigate operational challenges, determine root causes, and propose corrective measures.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate workflow enhancements, automation projects, and overall operational effectiveness.

• Aid in monitoring compliance with Medicaid and SNAP program regulations and operational standards.

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and business documentation.

• Engage in operational reviews and client discussions as required to meet delivery goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, CEV, Medicaid, SNAP, public assistance programs, business operations, or similar operational support settings.

• At least 5 years of experience in supporting Medicaid eligibility, verification, enrollment, operations, or related operational processes.

• Preferred knowledge of SNAP operations, eligibility processes, or public assistance programs.

• Experience in analyzing operational data, generating reports, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

• Strong skills in analysis, organization, problem-solving, and communication.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

• Experience in cross-functional operational environments is preferred.
