Senior Business Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Oversee critical inputs and metrics for financial recognition and forecasting within the Global Services Team.

• Provide solutions that address business requirements, enhance efficiency, and stimulate company growth.

• Supervise financial recognition and forecasting processes, ensuring adherence to all operational and system controls.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial closing, budgeting, and reporting activities.

• Manage and sustain financial models for scenario analysis and cost modeling assistance.

• Enhance the efficiency and presentation quality of financial reports and key performance indicators using BI and various other tools.

• Convert intricate financial concepts and data into practical insights and recommendations.

• Develop analytics and dashboards while facilitating the presentation of customer performance metrics.

• Actively monitor and uphold high standards of data quality and accuracy.

• Keep precise records and documentation while fostering relationships across team functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in SaaS business operations, financial analytics, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated capability to interpret, analyze, and deliver actionable insights.

• Strong expertise in Salesforce, SQL, and Excel/Google Sheets.

• Proficiency in employing tools to monitor, analyze, and report on professional services metrics.

• An inherent curiosity, along with problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset.

• Highly organized, responsible, and able to act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders.
