Senior Business Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Conduct data analysis to produce actionable insights that facilitate informed decision-making.

• Create, implement, and sustain automated processes to enhance operational efficiency.

• Design and launch scalable tools and solutions for both internal teams and external clients.

• Work collaboratively across departments to collect business requirements and convert them into technical deliverables.

• Maintain data integrity and consistency across various systems and reporting outcomes.

• Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the entirety of project lifecycles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, process automation, or related disciplines.

• Demonstrated experience in process automation and solution development is essential.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong abilities in stakeholder management.

• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

• Proficient technical skills, including expertise in SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar tools.

• Advanced computing skills and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Fluency in a foreign language, both spoken and written, is an added advantage.
